Immersive Experience Host

We are seeking a charismatic and responsible Immersive Experience Host to join our team. As an Immersive Experience Host, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our players.

About the Role:

This is a part-time opportunity that requires enthusiasm, flexibility, and excellent communication skills. If you have a passion for puzzles and interactive experiences, we encourage you to apply.

  • Experience Management: Welcome customers, conduct engaging game briefings, and ensure smooth gameplay.
  • Shop Operations: Maintain escape rooms, keep props in top condition, and manage overall shop cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Interact with players, gather feedback, and provide assistance when needed.
  • Cashiering & Bookings: Handle customer reservations, payments, and ensure accurate daily cash tally.
  • Social Media & Promotions: Contribute creative ideas for social media posts, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow hosts and step in when extra help is needed.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess an outgoing personality, be passionate about puzzles and immersive experiences, and be able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

  • Outgoing personality - loves interacting with people.
  • Pasison for puzzles, escape rooms, and immersive experiences.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to follow protocols.
  • Able to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Social media-savvy (a plus, but not required).
