Escape Room Game Master Role

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Game Master. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage our escape room challenges, ensuring a seamless and thrilling experience for our players.

Responsibilities:

  • Game Management: Ensure that our games are reset smoothly, maintaining high standards of hygiene and operation.
  • Shop Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of our escape rooms, including cashiering and administration tasks.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, manage bookings, and create a warm welcoming atmosphere.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional experiences and provide support when needed.
  • Social Media & Promotions: Contribute to shaping our online presence and developing creative marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be a team player, and have a passion for puzzles, escape rooms, and immersive entertainment.
