OWIS is looking at appointing a Parent Liaison Officer / Global Care Officer who will be working closely with the Admissions team. The Parent Liaison Officer / Global Care Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the admissions and sales teams by efficiently managing administrative processes, providing accurate information to prospective families, and delivering superior multilingual customer service to ensure smooth enrollment processes and drive success. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative Support Prepare, organize, and manage enrollment-related documentation, such as forms and contracts. Maintain and regularly update prospective and current student records in databases (e.g., CRM systems). Monitor and follow up on inquiries promptly and professionally. Conducting School tours 2. Customer Engagement Serve as the main contact for inquiries, addressing questions from parents and agents in multiple languages whenever possible. Coordinate and schedule school tours, meetings, and interviews for prospective families. Provide accurate and comprehensive details about the school’s programs, facilities, and admissions processes. 3. Collaboration with Admissions and Sales Teams Assist in creating reports, presentations, and data insights for the admissions team. Support the design and distribution of promotional and marketing materials. Actively participate in open houses, webinars, and recruitment campaigns. 4. Communication and Coordination Liaise with internal departments, such as academics and finance, to facilitate smooth admissions. Collaborate with external agents and stakeholders to ensure seamless student onboarding. 5. Performance Tracking Monitor KPIs related to admissions and enrollment goals. Analyze enrollment trends and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles; experience in the education sector is preferred. Multilingual abilities (preferred) to support a diverse parent, client and student population. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms. Skills and Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate in multiple languages. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. A customer-focused mindset with a talent for building positive relationships. Analytical thinking for tracking data and generating insights. Team player with effective collaboration skills.
