Position Overview Tencent Cloud is seeking a forward‑thinking Product Manager to lead the commercialization and analytics strategy for our AI‑driven intelligent conversation products. You will define and drive monetization plans, shape product features based on customer needs, and optimize conversion and engagement across global markets. This role bridges cutting‑edge LLM technologies with practical, scalable SaaS applications, perfect for someone excited about building real business impact from AI innovation. Responsibilities Define monetization strategies and packaging models for intelligent conversation products, with a strong focus on value‑based pricing. Drive product feature planning, especially those tied to commercial outcomes such as paid capabilities and upsell journeys. Translate strategic goals into executable product requirement documents (PRDs) and lead cross‑functional coordination with engineering, design, operations, and go‑to‑market teams. Leverage data insights to drive improvements in user conversion, retention, and monetization efficiency. Track market trends and competitor movements to refine Tencent Cloud’s positioning in the AI‑powered SaaS space. Collaborate with regional teams to localize pricing strategies and ensure regulatory and cultural fit. Establish customer feedback loops to improve commercial feature usability and inform roadmap decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related technical fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B product management, ideally in AI, SaaS, or growth analytics domains. Familiarity with LLMs, intelligent agents, and RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) frameworks. Strong ability to translate AI product capabilities into tangible business value. Hands‑on experience with data analytics tools and strong comfort with metrics‑led decision‑making. Fluency in both English and Chinese Mandarin, with the ability to use both as working languages to engage stakeholders and deliver technical/product documentation.
