**What the Role Entails**:
Position Overview
Tencent Cloud is seeking a Storage Solution Architect to join our growing international team in Singapore or Indonesia. You will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support and solution design for Tencent Cloud’s storage products across the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop cloud storage solutions that meet their business needs, drive project implementation, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our product capabilities. This is a high-impact, client-facing position suited for individuals with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide pre-sales technical support for Tencent Cloud's storage products and solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Understand industry-specific customer needs and deliver tailored storage solutions to support data migration to the cloud.
- Lead solution design and technical engagement to ensure successful project implementation.
- Identify high-growth industries and business scenarios for storage, transforming client requirements into competitive, scalable solutions.
- Regularly summarize client use cases and solutions, supporting broader industry promotion and reuse.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine Tencent Cloud’s storage capabilities based on real-world use cases and customer feedback.

**Who We Look For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in cloud storage product pre-sales and solution architecture roles, with strong technical foundation in distributed storage systems, big data, AI technologies, and cloud-native infrastructure. Experience in public cloud pre-sales or solution architecture highly desired.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese Mandarin as the working language, adept at engaging with customers and internal stakeholders across different organizational levels. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia would be an advantage.
