What The Role Entails Join Tencent Cloud as a Presales Product Solution Architect specializing in TRTC (Real-Time Communication) products. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you will work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to provide tailored technical solutions that address customer needs. Leveraging your expertise in real-time communication technologies, you will design industry-specific solutions, lead PoC verifications, and deliver impactful presentations to drive adoption of Tencent Cloud's TRTC products. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with global clients, empower partners, and shape the future of real-time communication technology in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Responsibilities Act as the product expert for Tencent Real-Time Communication (TRTC) products, working closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Provide technical support for client PoC verifications and drive revenue growth through professional TRTC solutions. Collaborate with clients to analyze their real-time communication needs, develop customized solutions, and present proposals that highlight the value of Tencent Cloud TRTC products in achieving their business goals. Design and organize TRTC solutions for various industry use cases, aligning customer needs with Tencent Cloud's product capabilities. Pass valuable product feedback and customer requirements to the backend product development team to improve solutions. Partner with channel and marketing teams to empower Tencent Cloud ecosystem partners through training, technical support, and enablement activities. Represent Tencent Cloud in public-facing events, including webinars, conferences, and customer workshops. Share product capabilities, industry insights, and best practices to enhance the influence and adoption of TRTC products. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field. Strong proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken, including public speaking, client presentations, and technical proposal writing. Proficient in an additional Southeast-Asian language will be highly advantageous. Solid knowledge of real-time communication and media technologies, such as live broadcasting, encoding/decoding, and network transmission protocols. Proven ability to work in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building trust with technical and business stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
