  • Operational Readiness & Change Management:

Ø Work closely with project managers to ensure operational readiness for large-scale projects, including training and support for end-users.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in platform modernization, UI/UX design, operational transformation, or payment innovation related to new product development.
  • Proven experience in operational readiness and change management for large scale projects/initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
