Job Description: Benjamin Moore (Singapore)is seeking a driven Sales & Project Manager to join our expanding pioneer team in Singapore. He/She will get the opportunity to learn about the coatings industry and be responsible in managing the end-to-end sales process for our professional painting arm. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, keen attitude to learn and relish the opportunity to manage your own portfolio, you are the one we are looking for. Responsibilities: Conduct site visit and assessment to understand client’s needs Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients Negotiate and draft sales quotations Manage and oversee the completion of projects on a timely basis Develop strong business relationships with key accounts to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction Coordinate sales effort with marketing programs Administrative duties such as preparation of monthly sales and expenditure reports Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree in any field Min. 1-2 years of experience in sales or relationship management Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients Driven and motivated to exceed sales quota (commission based)Ability to work both independently and in a team Own transportation required with allowance provided Prior experience in interior design or renovation industry is a plus Why Join Us?Sales driven commission based role Monthly transport allowance Dynamic and fun working environment Be part of our pioneer team in Singapore and grow together with us Location: Central Singapore #J-18808-Ljbffr
