About this Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Solutions Specialist to drive digital transformation initiatives.

This individual will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations while optimizing core banking processes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in core banking domains (retail/corporate) and hands-on experience with Temenos modules and TIM methodology.

This role also involves configuration and optimization of Temenos modules, evaluating alternative core banking platforms for integration needs, and documenting controls for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and documenting core banking processes
  • Leading requirement elicitation via workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments
  • Developing BRDs/FRDs and aligning solutions with Basel III, MiFID II, AML/KYC regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in core banking domains
  • Hands-on Temenos experience (modules, TIM methodology)
  • Proven ability to write BRDs/FRDs
