Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for core banking implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.
  • Support solution design, configuration, and integration of T24 with surrounding applications.
  • Coordinate with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure proper implementation.
  • Validate requirements via workshops, walkthroughs, and sign-off sessions.
  • Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing by preparing test cases and validating outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in core banking transformation projects.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Temenos T24 (Transact) across key modules.
  • Understanding of banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Lending, Deposits, Payments, Treasury, Trade Finance).
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation / upgrade projects in T24.

Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the core banking system and be able to communicate effectively with technical teams. The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
