Preparation of approval papers and related materials eg. specifications and drawings etc. to facilitate clearances.
Review and support SDC’s tenancy works spanning from land preparation, marketing exercise, design reviews, facilitation of clearances and design management development.

Registered Qualified Person under Singapore’s Board of Architect, or experience in AI Architectural rendering software, BIM, Revit will be an added advantage.
