Responsibilities: Estimating Strategy and Planning - The ability to design, develop and implementation of Estimating strategy and workflow in meeting customers' requirements and satisfaction. Estimating Management and Execution - The ability to meet tender submission deadlines by preparing cost estimates and quotation based on estimating methodology. Estimating Cost and Pricing Research - The ability to source pricings from quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and conduct cost benchmarking and pricing research. Contract Development and Management - The ability to maximise the organisation's operational and financial performance by drafting contracts, negotiating the contract terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions, and effecting amendments. Marketing & Sales - The ability to value add by promoting marketing and sales function. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in cost estimating, quantity surveying, or project support in a marine and/or offshore environment. Familiarity with ship repair, offshore platform fabrication, or rig repair processes is preferred. Basic ability to read technical drawings and project specifications. Detail-oriented with good analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Able to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
