About the Opportunity: As a Senior Commercial Executive, you will be instrumental in managing the commercial lifecycle of complex, large-scale projects. You will be at the forefront of ensuring financial prudence, contractual compliance, and effective risk management from project inception through to close-out. This role demands a sharp commercial acumen, a meticulous approach to documentation, and strong negotiation skills, all within a dynamic and impactful environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive commercial support across a portfolio of complex, large-scale projects, ensuring financial viability and contractual adherence. Prepare critical commercial documentation to support claims negotiation, extension of time requests, robust cost control measures, and financial recovery from clients. Assist in the meticulous preparation of project costing, budgeting, and the submission of compelling commercial proposals required during the tender process. Demonstrate familiarity with government contracts to ensure strict legal compliance and mitigate contractual risks. Facilitate the timely and efficient close-out of all contractual obligations for designated projects. Draft and review vendor and client contracts, ensuring alignment with project specifications, identifying deviations from company policy, and assessing potential business or logistical risks.
