Job Overview:

The role of the BIM Manager is pivotal in ensuring the success of projects. The primary responsibility lies in preparing and implementing a comprehensive BIM execution plan, which serves as a roadmap for project teams to follow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute BIM execution plans tailored to meet project objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to BIM coordinators on matters related to BIM implementation
  • Prepare regular progress reports, including presentations to clients and consultants, to ensure transparency and alignment with project goals
  • Conduct BIM coordination meetings with project consultants and subcontractors to address any arising issues promptly
  • Ensure that BIM deliverables are met and the quality of BIM models is maintained at high standards
  • Oversee the overall development and delivery of BIM models
  • Monitor compliance with BIM execution plans and coordinate file management procedures to maintain consistency

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant local construction experience is required
