Job Description

As a Senior BIM Manager, you will lead our BIM-focused projects and ensure adherence to industry standards.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture or equivalent, at least 7 years of experience in BIM management, and is proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans, integrating BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).

  • Developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans to maintain project consistency and quality.
  • Integrating BIM into IDD, VDC, and IPD.
  • Generating clash reports and coordinating with clients and consultants.
  • Overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
  • Troubleshooting issues with models and projects.
  • Leading and mentoring the BIM team to enhance performance.
  • Guiding architects on implementing BIM strategies and technologies.
  • Planning and resourcing project delivery aspects.
  • Conducting training sessions on BIM processes.
