**Senior BIM Project Delivery Specialist**

As a seasoned BIM expert, we are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing BIM project delivery strategies, leading the BIM team, and driving the adoption of advanced technologies towards integrated practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM project delivery strategies, including requirements, processes, and workflows
  • Lead and manage the BIM team to adopt BIM tools and other technologies in BIM implementation projects
  • Regular review of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Maintain and update project BIM execution plans and monitor progress
  • Research and promote BIM-related advanced technologies towards integrated practice
  • Develop and train the technical team for optimal performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Civil / Structural / Architectural Engineering or formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Modelling Training Certification)
  • At least four (4) years of engineering experience in BIM-based construction, design, drafting, coordination, drawing production, and submission to local authorities
  • Experience in large to mega-large public projects, building and infrastructure projects in various regions
  • Certification in BIM Management from relevant authorities is preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching skills, and organizing abilities
