Job Overview:

To provide routine maintenance and repairs, installation, commissioning service, and troubleshooting to highly specified sterilization and disinfection equipment in life science and healthcare environments.

  • Assist in installing new equipment according to established protocols.
  • Perform both preventive maintenance and repairs following set safety protocols.
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve field service issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Follow company protocols and complete checklists and service reports as required.
  • Meet assigned key performance indicators for the Service department.
  • Focus on delivering excellent customer service by informing clients about equipment condition and upcoming maintenance needs.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management or supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with a technical diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is essential.
  • At least three years of experience in field service for industrial equipment is necessary.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines is crucial.
  • Must possess strong teamwork, independence, and customer-orientation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
