  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns or equipment malfunctions on all equipment, providing timely repairs to minimize downtime.">
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.">
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance, and any incidents or breakdowns that occur during shifts.">
  • Coordinate with the Yield Team to ensure equipment is aligned with production goals.">
  • Regularly communicate with the Process Team to ensure smooth integration of equipment performance with process requirements.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.">
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.">
  • Strong understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting techniques, and mechanical, electrical, and control systems.">
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, handovers, and team collaboration.">
  • Able to communicate effectively with both the Yield Team and the Process Team.">
  • Experience with Lithography & Metrology tools in a semiconductor or related manufacturing environment.">
  • Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and automation equipment.">
  • Certification or training in industrial equipment maintenance or reliability.">
  • Knowledge of ISO or other quality management systems.">
