Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced retail setting where passion for horology meets exceptional customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your watch knowledge, gain valuable sales experience, and grow within a reputable luxury retail business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Confident, well-groomed presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, ideally within a luxury or high-value environment.
  • Strong selling skills and commercial mindset to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Passion for luxury watches, with working knowledge of Rolex and other major Swiss brands (advantageous).
  • Ability to clearly explain the value, history, and unique features of our timepieces to both seasoned collectors and first-time buyers.
  • Proven ability to contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism when engaging with clients.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about horology and market trends.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays (minimum 3 full days per week).
