We're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to welcome clients and guide them through our curated collection of fine timepieces. Your ability to connect authentically, share product knowledge, and provide an elevated experience will be key to our success.

Job Description:

 

A Retail Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail setting where passion for horology meets exceptional customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your watch knowledge, gain valuable sales experience, and grow within a reputable luxury retail business.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Confident, well-groomed presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, ideally within a luxury or high-value environment.
  • Strong selling skills and commercial mindset to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Possession of a strong interest in luxury watches, particularly those from major Swiss brands.
  • Ability to clearly explain the value, history, and unique features of our timepieces to both seasoned collectors and first-time buyers.
  • Proven ability to contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism when engaging with clients.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about horology and market trends.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays (minimum 3 full days per week).
