Role Overview

We are seeking a sales professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the face of our luxury watch boutique, welcoming clients and guiding them through our curated collection of fine timepieces.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Have a thorough knowledge of luxury watches, including Rolex and other major Swiss brands
  • Be able to clearly explain the value, history, and unique features of our timepieces to both seasoned collectors and first-time buyers
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
Requirements
  • A confident and well-groomed individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service, ideally within a luxury or high-value environment
  • Strong selling skills and a commercial mindset to meet and exceed sales goals
  • A passion for luxury watches and a willingness to learn about horology and market trends
