Job Description

As a Luxury Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting high-end timepieces to discerning customers and building lasting relationships through exceptional sales service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, and demonstrate a genuine passion for the luxury watch industry.

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
  • Able to create and maintain strong customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills, adept at handling complex sales scenarios and resolving issues promptly
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced retail environment, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote high-end timepieces to customers and build long-term relationships
  • Create and maintain strong customer connections, driving repeat business and referrals
  • Participate in corporate and customer events, representing our brand and values
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results and driving business growth

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or certifications preferred
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail or luxury goods environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
