Biomedical Engineering Services: Manage medical equipment maintenance, repair, and acquisition aligned with clinical needs. Materials Management: Lead procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships for medical and non‐medical supplies. Food & Beverage: Direct food services ensuring high‐quality patient meals and regulatory compliance. Medical Record Office: Oversee patient medical record confidentiality, security, and regulatory compliance. Security: Manage hospital security services and develop safety protocols. Housekeeping & Linen: Lead housekeeping and linen services ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Landscaping & Pest Control: Maintain grounds, exterior spaces and manage pest control services. Additional Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of department leads and staff. Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure integrated service delivery. Develop and manage budgets for hospital operations. Identify and implement process improvements and cost savings. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration, facilities management). Master of Business Administration or Healthcare Management is an advantage. Proven experience in hospital operations, facilities management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar capacity. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
