Job Title: Frontline Customer Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Receptionist: Welcome visitors with a polite and cheerful disposition, receive and manage visitor records according to PDPA requirements.
  • Facial Recognition Specialist: Register and enroll visitors efficiently and accurately using facial recognition technology.
  • Crowd Control Expert: Provide efficient queue management and crowd control where needed.
  • Data Manager: Protect and maintain accurate and updated visitor records.
  • Key Holder: Manage keys, including issue, return and accounting for all keys on a daily basis.
  • Multitasker: Able to multitask and work fast.
  • Public Enquiry Specialist: Respond and explain appropriately to public enquiries and requests according to guidelines and policies.
  • Attendance Monitor: Monitor attendance and prepare reports as needed.
  • SOP Complier: Comply and adhere to SOPs, policies, guidelines and processes.
  • Roster Flexibility: Be flexible to change roster when necessary.
  • Record Keeper: Manage records, documents and files in support of required activities for pre-enlistment.

Requirements:

  • Min Educational Qualification: Min GCE O level/ N level with relevant concierge experience.
  • Work Experience: Min 1 year call centre/ customer service/ front desk experience.
  • Customer Service Track Record: Track record for excellent Customer Service.
  • Adaptability: Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English (written and spoken) to liaise with native English-speaking customers.
  • IT Familiarity: IT savvy and familiar with common software.
  • WSQ Certification: WSQ certification in customer service is an advantage.
