Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch customer service.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing consistent and excellent quality services to visitors, including VIP visitors. You will achieve service standards for frontline customer services by:

  • Welcoming visitors with a polite and cheerful disposition
  • Registering and enrolling visitors facial recognition efficiently and accurately
  • Providing efficient queue management and crowd control where needed
  • Protecting and maintaining accurate and updated visitor records according to PDPA requirements
  • Ably multitasking and working fast
  • Responding and explaining appropriately to public enquiries and requests according to guidelines and policies
  • Monitoring attendance and preparing report as needed
  • Complying and adhering to SOPs, policies, guidelines and processes
  • Flexibility to change roster should there be a need to
  • Participating in digitisation exercises, organising files and documents as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Min GCE O level/ N level with relevant concierge experience
  • Min 1 year call centre/ customer service/ front desk experience
  • Track record for excellent Customer Service
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changes
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) to liaise with native English-speaking customers
  • IT savvy and familiar with common software
  • WSQ certification in customer service is an advantage
