Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that classes under your sales portfolio exceed the minimum pax requirement to run the class and with your best effort, maximize the number of participants that can be put into a classroom.
Qualify, recruit, and retain the right customers until they finish their programme and achieve their intended goals.
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
Ensure that customers are recommended the right products and receive a high level of service.
Record and process the registration and payment transactions accurately.
Liaise with the customer relations department on any feedback regarding customer issues.
Attend the campaign briefing or training and the weekly sales meeting.
Handle customers’ complaints and queries.
Report daily sales numbers.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Upsell products and services.
Job Requirements:
Min. GCE O levels and above.
Proficient in English and Chinese.
Good organizational skills.
Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal oversight.
Strong listening and excellent communication skills.
