Job Title: Track Development Specialist
Job Description:
This is a complex role requiring collaboration with experts to design, construct, and maintain a Formula One Race Track.
- Responsibilities include monitoring road levels, estimating project requirements, and implementing traffic management plans.
- Carry out site measurements, prepare estimates for premix ordering, and plan assigned projects including night work as scheduled by regulatory bodies.
- Manage a team responsible for race track construction while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Undertake risk assessments, interact with clients, transport specialists, and members of the public.
- Submit weekly progress reports and attend monthly meetings to review project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related qualification.
- Experience working with government agencies such as Land Transport Authority (LTA), Strategic Planning Policy Group (SPPG), or Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA).
- Prior experience in road construction and resurfacing is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is necessary.
