Job Title: Track Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

The Track Operations Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operation of the track access system, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and contractors. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the track access system, including publication of the weekly notice for restricted area access
  • Chair Weekly Coordination Meetings with Clients and Contractors for Track Access Requests
  • Develop and implement training modules to ensure staff competency in performing works safely
  • Supervise and audit site operations and safety within the Center
  • Assist Head of Company in conducting presentations, drafting management papers, and managing client requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Company

Required Skills & Qualifications:

This role requires a Local Degree Certification in E&M Engineering discipline with experience in railway operation environments. Candidates with railway operation, train testing, and commissioning work experience are highly desirable. Training will be provided to enable candidates to perform railway operation duties.

Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Self-motivation and the ability to learn new skills quickly are essential.

Additional qualifications include knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, self-motivation, and the ability to lead and take charge of a team. A relevant Class 3 or 4 local driving license is an advantage.
