Track Access and Planning Specialist
">We are seeking a highly skilled Track Access and Planning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the track access system, chairing weekly coordination meetings with clients and contractors, and ensuring that staff, maintenance contractors, workshop, and defined area tracks users are competent to carry out their works safely.
">- Manage the track access system and publication of the weekly notice for restricted area access.
- Chair Weekly Coordination Meeting with Clients and Contractors for Track Access Request.
- Manage training modules to ensure staff competence in performing tasks safely.
- Lead and manage Assistant Superintendent on day-to-day site operation, supervising and auditing site operation and safety within the Center.
- Assist Head of Company in conducting presentations, drafting management papers, tender documents, and managing client requests.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Company, such as reviewing safety/operation documents, submitting method statements, and reporting.
- Manage work groups or contractors for building services/structure maintenance works, core system (Signaling/Comms/Control) maintenance works, etc., within the Test Centre.
- Support overseas assignments if necessary.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:
">- Local degree certification in E&M Engineering discipline working in railway operation environment.
- Railway operation, train testing, and commissioning work experiences advantageous.
- Training provided to perform railway operation duties.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications for report submission and presentation.
- Self-motivated and able to be cross-trained and keen to learn new skills.
- Ability to lead and take charge of a team of work group.
- Possess relevant Class 3 or 4 local driving license advantageous.
