Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Track Operations Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the track access system, publishing weekly notices for restricted area access, and chairing coordination meetings with clients and contractors.
  • They will also lead and manage assistant superintendents in day-to-day site operations, supervising and auditing site operations and safety within the centre.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a local degree certification in E&M engineering discipline working in railway operation environment.
  • Railway operation, train testing, and commissioning work experience is an advantage.
  • Training will be provided to candidates to perform railway operation duties.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office applications for report submission and presentation is required.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can be cross-trained and eager to learn new skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead training modules to ensure staff, maintenance contractors, workshop, and defined area tracks users are competent in their work safely.
  • Lead and manage assistant superintendents in day-to-day site operations, supervising and auditing site operations and safety within the centre.
  • Assist heads of company in conducting presentations, drafting management papers, tender documents, and managing clients' requests on plantroom/workshop equipment usage and field devices installation along the test track.
  • Perform other duties assigned by heads of company such as reviewing safety/operation documents, submitting method statements, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess a local degree certification in E&M engineering discipline working in railway operation environment.
