Job Title: Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships across various industries.

  • You will expand and maintain a strong customer network across Semicon, Life Sciences, Automation/Robotics, F&B, Metal Working, and Packaging industries.
  • Drive New Business Development by identifying new opportunities, managing the pipeline via CRM, and providing tailored solutions with support from the technical team.
  • Manage and grow assigned Key Accounts, driving revenue and profitability.
  • Conduct webinars, roadshows, product seminars, technology days, and customer presentations.
  • Stay updated on product launches and promote solutions to clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, Sensors & Controls, IO-Link, RFID, or related solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with product and application knowledge in Industrial Automation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (SAP/C4C preferred).
