Job Overview
A field service engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of scientific equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will possess a higher Nitec/Diploma in any engineering field and be willing to learn and grow with the company.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, set up, commission, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot scientific equipment.
  • Prepare comprehensive service reports, mapping documents, and IQ/OQ records for customers.
  • Foster exceptional customer relationships through product expertise, prompt responses, and close collaboration with the team.
  • Take ownership of all assigned projects and assist with other tasks as required by superiors.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Higher Nitec/Diploma in any engineering discipline.
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Willingness to develop professionally alongside the organization.
