Job Title: Scientific Equipment Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Scientific Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our scientific equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific instruments.
- Service Delivery: Provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and proactive support.
- Technical Training: Deliver comprehensive training to end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize our equipment.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in servicing scientific instrumentation.
- Candidate Profile: Self-driven, adaptable, and possessing excellent problem-solving skills.
