Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical support and installation services for laboratory/research/analytical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of equipment at customer sites.
  • Offer professional consultation to customers, troubleshoot problems, and take corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Prepare service reports and deliver high-quality repair and preventive maintenance services for company analytical equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable, with high-level troubleshooting attitude and adaptability to multi-tasking environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess strong problem-solving skills, with a self-driven and results-focused approach.
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience in service/maintenance within the scientific industry, preferably with knowledge of robotic liquid handling equipment and a valid Class 3 driving license.
