Roles & Responsibilities About Us: Casa Concetto is a dynamic and growing company specializing in home furnishing. We are dedicated to providing top-notch products/services to our customers and are looking for a motivated Partner Relations Executive to join our team. Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Partner Relations Executive to join our sales team. As a Partner Relations Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and door-to-door sales. Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities. Requirements: Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good presentation skills. Proficient in Google Slide/ Powerpoint and Google Sheet/ Excel Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sales orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license is ideal and willingness to travel as needed.
