Sales Assistant (Assistant to CEO & Sales Director) – Singapore WaveQuanta Pte. Ltd. is a leading provider of advanced femtosecond laser solutions for scientific research and industrial applications. We specialize in high-performance ultrafast laser systems, including the HELIOS series femtosecond solid-state lasers, AURORA series tunable optical parametric amplifiers, and HYPERION series multipass pulse compressors. Our portfolio also includes femtosecond pulse shaping systems, femtosecond laser mirrors, nonlinear optical crystals, ultrafast diagnostic tools, control devices, and high-precision optical components tailored for ultrafast applications. Key Responsibilities Assist the CEO and Sales Director in day-to-day sales and business operations. Follow up with customers by email, phone, and meetings to ensure smooth communication and high satisfaction. Handle standard product orders — from quotation preparation to PO/invoice processing, delivery tracking, and after-sales coordination. Maintain and update CRM/ERP systems, customer records, and order pipelines. Support marketing, exhibitions, and sales campaigns, including preparing materials and following up on leads. Coordinate shipping, logistics, and customs documentation with suppliers and forwarders. Prepare internal sales reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for management. Liaise with headquarters in China for product, pricing, and technical documentation. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). 1–3 years of sales or commercial support experience preferred (B2B/technology industry a plus). Good communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility and follow‐up. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; CRM or ERP knowledge preferred. Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with HQ and suppliers. Must be eligible to work in Singapore and willing to visit customers occasionally for meetings and career development.
