We are looking for an event assistant to join our company to support & lead activities required by our event services such as photobooths, venue decorations, party planning, events management, and photography services.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Setting up events & ensuring all events have a good experience for our clients and guests.
- Strategizing & planning of events services.
- Working with external vendors and in-house team to activate events on time

**Willingness to support on-site events during weekends or public holidays. (Off in lieus will be provided)**
- Assist in managing clients' event projects & act as the point of contact.
- Support events activities on-site, and other business development duties as required by the role.

**Requirement**:

- Initiative & proactive
- Eye for details
- Communicative & problem solving
- Driving license (SG) is a plus
- Willing to work on Weekends due to nature of events (Off-In-lieu will be provided)
