Therapy Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Therapy Services Specialist to join our Home Therapy team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess patients to develop effective treatment plans, focusing on delivering exceptional care and promoting overall well-being.
  • Implement individualized care plans and provide basic administration duties related to patient-care, ensuring seamless coordination and excellent communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the Home Care Team to coordinate patient-care, including scheduling appointments and monitoring frequency, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks and efficient document management.

Project Requirements:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in Physiotherapy is required for this position.
  • Candidates must be fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Projected commencement date is September 2025, with negotiable start dates to accommodate suitable candidates.
