Speech Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapy Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology, be fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council, and have at least 8 years of experience in providing supervision and mentoring to junior therapists, handling projects, and research work.
Job DescriptionThe Speech Therapy Specialist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating, and providing intervention in accordance with the service delivery models for clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. This includes:
- A comprehensive assessment of clients' needs and development of individualized treatment plans.
- Delivery of high-quality speech therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintenance of accurate records and reporting of client progress.
- Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or a related field.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
- At least 8 years of experience in speech therapy, including supervision and mentoring of junior therapists.
