Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapy Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and running occupational therapy services in our transitional care facility.

Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being. You will work closely with our operations manager and physiotherapist to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or diploma in occupational therapy
  • Registration with Allied Health Professions Council
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or eldercare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient-focused approach with a passion for interacting with seniors
