Accessible working location Reputable Healthcare Organization Good career exposure and opportunity As a Manager, People and Organisation Development (People Development), you will be responsible for the following duties: Lead the implementation and ongoing enhancement of organization-wide learning and development initiatives. Oversee the master training calendar, including scheduling and coordination. Contribute to the design, execution, and review of People Development policies and procedures. Evaluate learning data and feedback, provide improvement recommendations, and prepare reports. Handle procurement processes for learning and development programs. Manage facility reservations and maximize their efficient use. Maintain a supportive and effective learning environment. Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering strategic partnerships for the department. Coordinate and assist with departmental projects involving both internal and external collaborators. Partner with the team on cross-functional or organization-wide initiatives. Requirements: Min Bachelor's Degree. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
