Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive product strategy and vision focused on Supply Chain Finance and Structured Working Capital to deliver significant value to customers.
Lead country and currency expansion in APAC: manage the product build-out to ensure global capabilities become best in class within the industry.
Lead and influence cross-functional teams including other Product partners and stakeholders across multiple trade products and regions to effectively implement the SWC and APAC strategy.
Engage with legal, tax, and compliance to ensure product requirements are met across APAC jurisdictions.
Provide executive oversight for product governance, risk, and control environments, ensuring robust product approvals and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Ensure all products obtain necessary regulatory, control, and compliance approvals prior to launch and maintain ongoing compliance.
Drive market research and discovery to identify emerging customer needs and integrate innovative solutions into the roadmap.
Champion the rollout of new systems and technologies with Technology teams to align with product parameters and enhance client experience.
Serve as APAC primary executive point of contact for second-line risk, product controls, regulators, and local governance bodies.
Coordinate readiness and reviews with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and internal audit teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Manage P&L including revenue targets, expense targets, cost allocations, and product-specific initiatives to measure and improve profitability for APAC SCF and SWC products.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, or other Core Trade or Structured Working Capital products within banking/financial services.
Deep expertise in SCF, Receivables Finance, and related Structured Working Capital products within banking/financial services.
Demonstrated senior leadership in Trade Finance product management with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and leading high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive strategy and product development.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to Trade Finance and experience navigating complex regulatory environments.
Experience developing innovative client-focused solutions to address bespoke needs and drive business objectives.
Strong project management experience and a record of delivering impactful projects from initiation to launch.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives, regulators, and stakeholders.
Exposure to IT development projects from kick-off to launch and a solid understanding of the product lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
Experience with Inventory Finance, Borrowing Base Finance, or Export Finance is advantageous.
Ability to market products to deliver client-centric solutions.
Experience in securitization is advantageous.
Master's degree is preferred but not required.
