APAC Supply Chain Finance and Structured Working Capital Product Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our APAC Supply Chain Finance and Structured Working Capital product strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy focused on delivering significant value to customers in APAC.
  • Lead country and currency expansion, ensuring global capabilities become best-in-class within the industry.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to effectively implement the SWC and APAC strategy.
  • Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements across APAC jurisdictions.
  • Drive market research and discovery to identify emerging customer needs and integrate innovative solutions into the roadmap.
  • Serve as primary executive point of contact for regulators and local governance bodies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, or other Core Trade or Structured Working Capital products within banking/financial services.
  • Demonstrated senior leadership in Trade Finance product management with a track record of driving strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive strategy and product development.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to Trade Finance.
  • Experience developing client-focused solutions to address bespoke needs and drive business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and stakeholders.
