**Consumer Health is currently recruiting for a Manager within the Asia Pacific Supply Chain (SC) Finance organization.

This role will provide financial leadership on business decisions and strategy across the APAC manufacturing network, partnering with finance and operations teams across the APAC region and with global stakeholders. This role will play a pivotal part in helping shape the vision to drive strategy through increased analytics and providing transparency to the manufacturing conversion costs.

This position reports to the regional Director of Finance Manufacturing and is part of the E2E Regional SC Finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner closely with Regional Supply Chain manufacturing leaders, Regional and Site Finance leaders to evaluate and drive business case evaluations related to manufacturing network actions, capacity expansions and base capital requirements
- Lead the long-range financial plan of the APAC manufacturing network, including driving insights into commercial volume changes, capital and investment requirements, network changes and base spending updates
- Planning, actuals, and analysis of the monthly financial results of manufacturing costs, with partnering to ensure delivery of the committed results
- Close monitoring and assessment of Capital spending ensuring accurate forecasting for planning cycles, monthly/quarterly actuals tracking and variance analysis for E2E SC
- Drive enhanced analytics and standardization of reported financials and other KPIs through Tableau software
- Partner with regional manufacturing excellence team in developing enhanced insights to drive delivery of cost improvement projects
- Conduct post implementation assessments of critical projects
- Close collaboration with SC FP&A team to drive process standardization and calendar alignment
- Ability to support Ad-hoc projects as requested by the Director of Supply Chain Finance including support of Consumer Health separation activities

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of financial business partnering with focus on value creation and E2E mindset
- Ability to work through ambiguity and navigate complexity
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
- Superior skills in framing data & storytelling in the context of short & long-term goals
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of compliance frameworks
