**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the Trade & Supply Chain unit to drive sales growth, product development, and innovation in the digital supply chain financing solutions space.
- Be responsible for sales and performance target.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and build relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging industry knowledge and networks to expand the bank's presence in the trade finance market.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative supply chain financing solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product rollout.
- Analyse market trends and identify emerging opportunities in the trade finance space, developing strategies to capitalize on these trends and grow the business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in trade finance, with a deep understanding of the trade finance market, including supply chain financing, trade financing and receivable financing solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in team management, with a proven track record of driving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
