Job Overview

This position involves translating HR and business requirements into actionable insights, designing data-driven dashboards and reports, and collaborating with teams to implement solutions.

  • Develop and maintain SQL-based data analytics solutions using Power BI/Tableau
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users to ensure quality delivery
  • Perform data audits, vulnerability checks, and feasibility assessments
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for deployed solutions

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven SQL skills in data extraction, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience in UAT, stakeholder engagement, and user training
  • Hands-on knowledge of Power BI (preferred), Tableau or Qlik
