We are seeking a P2P Transformation Manager to design, govern, and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process. This role is pivotal in driving process standardization, digitization, and continuous improvement across all entities. Client Details A major Singapore-based organization with a strong commitment to operational excellence and digital transformation. The company fosters innovation and collaboration across diverse business units and functions. Description Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PTP process, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Establish standardized process designs and enforce governance, compliance, and internal controls. Implement and monitor KPIs such as DPO, Touchless Invoice Processing Rate, and Spend Under Management. Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives using technologies like RPA, AI, and process mining. Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead change management strategies for successful adoption of new processes. Profile At least 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services, or Business Process Management. Proven track record in leading major transformation projects (e.g., ERP implementation, shared service migration). Deep expertise in the Procure-to-Pay process and strong knowledge of finance controls, SFRS, and tax compliance. Certifications or experience in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and S2P suites (e.g., Zycus). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
