**About the team**:
The team has responsibility for building products and tools for global business growth, helping more users around the world embrace encrypted assets. Support platform business to achieve rapid growth in more regions. This team is building out a new team in Singapore. Ride on the momentum of a brand-new team with one of the biggest crypto exchanges in the world.

Secondly, the team will also be implementing the P2P trading scope. P2P trading is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency trading mode, which allows OKEx users buy and sell crypto with local currencies. Our mission is to provide quality matching services for buyers and sellers. Currently, we have opened P2P trading services in 70+ countries around the globe. Our ultimate goal is to build a top-notch international business.

Thirdly, the team will also be implementing the intelligent customer service support platform. To serve more than 30 million users across about 180 countries and regions, we work on the next generation intelligent customer service to provide intelligent FAQ, chatbot, content, ticket handling capabilities, etc.

Moreover, the team will also collaborate with product teams to implement the payment service in the exchange platform. Payment service empowers our customers to pay the crypto assets with fiat currency.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will work with talented peers of engineers to build robust exchange platform to solve high impact issues.
- Be able to design and code right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
- You will play the role of technical leader and advise senior engineering leaders.
- You will mentor the junior engineers to deliver the customer facing products.
- Be responsible for designing the architecture, building the software, and working with team to deploy your solutions across the globe.
- Your work will directly impact our customer experience, save millions in concessions.
- You will constantly stretch the boundaries of innovation to tackle the business challenges.
- Work closely with product, design and marketing teams to drive rapid innovation in cross-functional teams.
- Be able to design and code right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Proven professional software development experience.
- Proven programming experience with at least one modern language such as **Java(preferred)**, C++, Python, Go, PHP, C# or suchlike including object-oriented design.
- Proficient in Computer Science and development fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
- Proven experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
- Knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture.
- Knowledge of mainstream messaging frameworks like Kafka, SQS, etc.
- Solid experience with relational databases.
- Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems.
- Creates reliable/maintainable code and finds creative and scalable solutions to difficult problems.
- Proficiency in software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, deployment and operations.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
