Job Title: Senior Data Protection Specialist - AI Security

Secure Innovation with AI

As a Senior Data Protection Specialist for AI Security, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our company's cutting-edge AI systems while enabling innovation.

  • Embed security, privacy, and compliance into the core of our AI systems.
  • Ensure secure-by-design deployments across the company.
  • Collaborate with Group Security and Data Governance teams to align AI platform designs with enterprise security policies and compliance mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate policy into practice by converting governance requirements and regulatory obligations into concrete technical specifications and enforceable controls for cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Mitigate advanced risks through specialized AI risk assessments to identify and address threats like model misuse, data leakage, adversarial attacks, and LLM prompt vulnerabilities.
  • Champion privacy by integrating advanced privacy-preserving mechanisms such as data anonymization, encryption, and tokenization directly into AI workflows.
  • Curate best-in-class tools by evaluating and recommending leading AI security and governance tools to enhance capabilities.
  • Review and approve third-party AI services and open-source models from a security and compliance perspective, championing best practices across the organization.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or data governance, with at least 3 years focused on AI or cloud-based ML systems.
  • Proven expertise in implementing robust data protection on AI platforms.
  • Exposure to data privacy controls (encryption, tokenization) and security frameworks like Zero Trust or OWASP for ML is an advantage.
