Legal Counsel, Privacy Fintech

Job Description:

As a Legal Counsel in our Privacy Fintech team, you will play a key role in advising on data protection and privacy matters to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

  • You will work closely with Senior Counsels on complex legal issues and report directly to the Senior Managing Counsel.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to assess data processing activities within proposed products and services, including financial products. This involves conducting thorough risk assessments and impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Your expertise will be invaluable in providing ad-hoc legal advice on privacy and fintech matters, including disclosure requirements and data-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:
